Towers, safety equipment, and related concerns

Towers
- If towers are to be used, you may have to contact several government agencies.
- Local and state municipalities may have construction regulations, and a permit is almost always required.
- In the United States, if any tower exceeds a height of 200 feet above ground level (AGL) or is within a certain proximity to an airport, both the FCC and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) must be contacted.
